Exhibition ‘No Ordinary Disruption’ at The Flying Dutchman

In the first full week of this term a group of us in third year exhibitors at the Flying Dutchman, it was a quick turn around for the show as we had 4/5 days to Finnish the work to a gallery level. As part of our course for professional practice we have to go out of the uni to promote ourselves by doing shows. This quick exhibition achieved this as our private view was very well attended by not just friends but local artist. The space itself was not the best but after a few changes to the curation of the work we made it fit into the aesthetics of the room. The work I displayed was not my best but it started my project for the year and was good to get work out there.

Our next show as a group will be after Christmas in better setting, hopfuly a bigger turn out to as we are working on inviting many people in the art world.
